Who We Are
New Orleans German Shepherd Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue. We are a German Shepherd Dog breed-specific rescue dedicated to finding loving and caring homes for these magnificent dogs that have been neglected and left behind. Our dogs largely come to us via local shelters after their stray holds are complete and no one has come forward to claim them. Once in our care, we strive to give them the medical care and emotional support they need to become whole and healthy again.
