  1. Be an adult with the responsibility for maintaining a household.
  2. Have ID verifying address, such as a driver’s license.
  3. Be able to provide a safe and loving environment where a foster dog could recover from illness or injury, polish his or her manners, or just be safe and sound while waiting for a permanent home.
